Osceola County Sheriff's detectives on Thursday arrested a man for his involvement in a stabbing that occurred outside Roscoe's Bar.
Pablo Luciano, 24, of Orlando, is charged with battery and affray.
The investigation began on February 23 at approximately 11:16 p.m. when deputies responded to Roscoe's Bar located at 2344 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee. Upon arrival, deputies observed a white male injured in the parking lot with what appeared to be stab wounds. Several bar patrons were attempting to render aid to him.
The victim was taken to Florida Hospital Kissimmee with non-life threatening injuries. Witnesses told deputies they observed the victim in a verbal altercation with a man, later identified as Hassan Frames, and a woman, later identified as Henrietta Bell, in the parking lot.
During the course of the investigation, detectives obtained a video taken by a witness on his cell phone. The video shows Luciano encouraging the altercation. It also shows Luciano hitting the victim after he had been stabbed.
Luciano was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
