Bacon-wrapped boneless chicken wings

- Take a bonless skinless chicken breast (chopped small) and toss in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and dry parsley. - Dip breasts in egg wash (2 eggs, 1 cup of milk), drain a bit, toss back in flour mixture.
- Lightly fry in canola oil (2 minutes on each side) or put on sheetpan and bake in a 350 degree oven until cooked through (about 20 minutes).
- Place bacon on a cutting board for 3 to 5 minutes (makes it easier to wrap around chicken)
- Wap bacon around boneless wing and back in oven at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
