To celebrate National Chocolate Covered Raisins Day, Kevin Wray of Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park stopped by Good Day Orlando to show us how to make their original Ravin' Raisin Bark.
5 oz. Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park milk or dark chocolate3 oz. Raisins Optional ingredients Tellicherry black peppercorns Goji berriesAlmondsPistachios
Place 3 ounces of raisins at the bottom of a small tray. Add additional desired ingredients on top.
Temper 5 ounces of Peterbrooke Winter Park milk or dark chocolate.
Tap tray on sides to spread chocolate and thoroughly combine ingredients.
Garnish mixture while melted with sea salt or sugar if desired.
Place in refrigerator to set for 1.5 hours.
Once firm, cut or break by hand to serve.
