ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

A teen boy was arrested Wednesday evening in connection with the shooting of a Jimmy John's delivery driver earlier this week.

Orlando Police charged the 17-year-old suspect, who is not being named, with attempted robbery with a firearm and aggravated battery.

The victim, Seth Jasicki, was shot on the left side of his chin Monday while fleeing an attempted robbery, police say. He is expected to recover.

Jasicki had just made a delivery at City West Apartments near Valencia College on Kirkman Road when two suspects approached his vehicle and pointed a gun, police said. Jasicki sped off and was struck by a round.

A second suspect who was with the teen during the crime has been identified, but no other details have been released.

Crimeline tips helped in the case, Orlando Police Sgt. Jim Young said.
