State fire investigators in Delaware are searching for the case of a house trailer fire that sent two people to the hospital and caused an estimated $65,000 worth of damage Sunday.
The fire ripped through a trailer on the 14000 block of Oak Road in Greenwood Sunday, shortly before 5 a.m.
Firefighters say a 29-year-old man was taken to Crozer Burn Center in Upland, Pa. after suffering second degree burns. A woman, 28, was taken to Milford Memorial Hospital after suffering smoke inhalation, firefighters said.
State fire investigators say they are searching for the fire's cause and origin. Investigators are also working to figure out if the home had smoke alarms.
The rest of the holiday weekend continues to look warmer and unsettled. Shower and thunderstorm chances increase late Sunday and Labor Day.
