Young Cancer Patient Scores Big In Football Game

LINCOLN, Neb. -

A 7-year-old boy stole the show at a Nebraska spring football scrimmage on Saturday.

Jack Hoffman was diagnosed with cancer in April of 2011. So far, he has had two surgeries and is now undergoing an entire year of chemotherapy. His doctors say they are optimistic about his recovery.

The University of Nebraska decided to get Jack involved in Saturday's game, giving him the moment of glory he had been dreaming of.
