Injuries in Boston Marathon explosions explained

ATLANTA -

Boston hospitals are some of the best in the world, but most had never seen the devastating injuries they witnessed with Monday's bombings.  In all, about 140 people were injured, dozens of them seriously.

FOX Medical Team's Beth Galvin and Dr. Daniel Schlatterer, a trauma surgeon at Atlanta Medical Center, spoke about the injuries.
