Police identify man shot dead at Orlando home

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Orlando Police have identified the 31-year-old man shot dead early Wednesday in Orlando.

Herman Lee Bryant was pronounced dead at a hospital, not long after responding police found him suffering from a gunshot wound at a home in the 900 block of Cadogan Avenue.

Shell casings and a van were found on two separate streets within a few blocks of the crime scene, but police have not determined whether they are connected to the fatal shooting.

Police say this is an active homicide investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
