Rep. Peter King (R-LI) discusses how the Boston bombing suspect might be tried.

"I strongly support him being named an enemy combatant. Ultimately, he'll have to be tried in a civilian court. This is only for the purpose of interrogation. Without being given Miranda, without having a lawyer. I'm concerned about the intelligence he could have. How he and his brother were radicalized and how did they get the weapons they had. All of this cannot happen without an intense interrogation," said King.
