Former air traffic controller explains politics behind FAA cuts

If you've been to the airport recently and taken a flight somewhere then you've probably experienced a slowdown at the terminal. It's a result of more than $630 million in sequester cuts to the FAA.

Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle are blaming each other and the head of the FAA.

FOX 10's John Hook talked to Mike Pearson, a former air traffic controller, about what's going on.
