You and everyone at home should remember this name: Shaquiesha Davis. She's a junior at Westside High School and Davis has already created a smartphone app and it's been honored at the White House.

Davis, along with students from across the nation, were invited to a science fair held at the White House last week. While there, she was able to show Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett the app she's been working on for about a year now.

It's called Baby B 4 Me and it allows parents, in real time, the ability to communicate with their child care providers.

Davis says she came with the concept on her own and after talking to her mentors and teachers at Chicago Tech Academy, she coded it on her own. Davis says she used math, technology and a good business plan.

This app will be available within the year.
