CAMDEN, N.J. -

At least one person was detainedWednesday after several protesters stood outside of a ceremony in Camden where the power between the city's old police department was transferred to the new county department.

FOX 29's Omari Fleming reports several members of the city's old police department stood outside of the ceremony to protest the event.

At one point, loud boos could be heard from the group as New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie walked into the building.

The county force is now fully operational in Camden County. Officials say 100 of the county's force were members of the city's department.
