A man accused of causing a crash that left three people dead has been arrested.

Polk County deputies say the man's blood alcohol level that night was three times the legal limit.

His name is Edward McCoy, and he's just 21 years old.

The crash killed a school bus driver from Lakeland, along with her husband and other relative. Their names are 56-year-old Dorothy Operhall, 50-year-old Leonard Simmons and 48-year-old Melinda Helbig

Deputies say McCoy had been drinking at a bar in Mulberry for three hours before the crash.
