Volunteers save 26 dogs from puppy mill auction, all up for adoption!

GENEVA, Ill. (FOX 32 News) -

Chicago English Bulldog Rescue volunteers saved 23 bulldogs from a livestock auction last weekend. Two German shorthaired pointers and a miniature pinscher were also rescued in conjunction.

These neglected pups are looking for a great home, and Project Mercy wants to help you adopt them and make them a loving part of your family.

A puppy mill being forced out of business set up the auction, for the dogs to be sold between breeders. But hundreds of supporters made the rescue possible with their generous donations.

Some of them helped tell this incredible story from west suburban Geneva on Monday, with the help of these beautiful bullies!
