LAS VEGAS -

A Las Vegas police officer got more than he bargained for when he came face-to-face with a curious 12-year-old.

In the video, a boy, who identifies himself as Jeremy Drew, asked a police officer in Las Vegas if he could see his badge number after he parked on the sidewalk to buy a soda.

The video shows the officer declining to show his badge number. When Drew told the cop it's "his right," the officer calls the kid a "junior lawyer" and takes off on his motorcycle.

Was the kid being too nosy or should the officer have showed him his badge number? Tell us on our Facebook page!
