As a Best Buy Mobile Store Manager you will work with the District Connect Sales Manager to support Best Buy Mobile specific goals and initiatives. The manager will support the achievement of the overall organization, district and store through modeling and coaching strong salesmanship and positive behaviors; demonstrate the ability to manage within the standard operating platform to achieve maximum profitability; drive customer satisfaction and retention goals;
coordinate relationships within the Mall, Neighboring Best Buy Stores and the local Community at large. You will be supported with an intensive orientation and ongoing training program to help you achieve great results in this fast paced retail environment.
• HS Diploma / Equivalent
• 18 months Retail management or Supervisory experience including budgeting responsibilities
• 2 years sales related experience
