Former Miss Alabama Katherine Webb is making headlines -- for her diet!
She told People Magazine that she only eats a little over 1,100 calories per day.
Her daily food intake includes things like a smoothie for breakfast, spinach salad with fruit and almonds, two snacks, and the grilled chicken and sweet potato fries for dinner.
Bread and sugar are completely cut out of her diet.
