SeaWorld Orlando has raised ticket prices for the third time in a year, following price hikes at Central Florida's other major theme parks.

Starting today, a one-day park ticket is $92, an increase of $3. Just 11 months ago, the same ticket cost about $82.

In addition to one-day passes, the price hike also applies to Fun Cards for Florida and Georgia residents who pay for one-day passes and continue visiting for the remainder of the year.

Multi-day, multi-park and annual passes are not affected.

SeaWorld Orlando's newest attraction, Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin, opened to the public last month. Executives call it the park's largest expansion.

Less than a week ago, Walt Disney World increased the admission price to Magic Kingdom to $95, $89 for children. And about two weeks ago, Universal Orlando announced a ticket price increase. A one-day ticket to Universal costs $92.
