Four-time Coke Zero 400 champion Tony Stewart fished, raced and chatted about his chances to win this weekend during a media event at Daytona International Speedway on Wednesday afternoon.
The driver of the No. 14 Chevrolet joined professional angler Jimmy Houston and Daytona International Speedway President Joie Chitwood to fish in the waters of Lake Lloyd, in the speedway's infield, during the media day.
After fishing, Stewart took members of the media on "hot lap" around the 2.5-mile tri-oval.
On Saturday, Stewart will race for his fifth title in the Coke Zero 400. The win would tie him with NASCAR Hall-of-Famer David Pearson for most victories in the Daytona Beach summer race.
