CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

The Chicago Blackhawks brought the Stanley Cup back home early Tuesday. They continued the celebration in Rosemont at Harry Caray's and Toby Keith's I Love this Bar and The Scout in the South Loop.

The Hawks landed at O'Hare Airport around 4:15 a.m. to a very warm welcome, coasting into a fountain of water flowing behind a giant city flag.

They hoisted the Cup above their heads and waved to the crowd as they exited the plane. Patrick Kane proudly carried his Conn Smythe trophy as he descended the steps.

Before the team stepped off the busses at Rosemont, a crowd of fans screamed with excitement and had camera phones at the ready to capture the Blackhawks' arrival.

Good Day Chicago's Patrick Elwood spoke with Coach Joel Quenneville and a few players as they made their way through the crowd. Congratulatory shouts could be heard the entire time.

Mayor Emanuel's Office extended their congratulations to the Hawks in a statement:

"The City of Chicago is thrilled to congratulate our own Chicago Blackhawks on their hard-fought victory, once again bringing the Stanley Cup back to their sweet home Chicago," the release read.

Over 2,000 hockey fans packed Toby Keith's I Love this Bar for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Monday night.

The Rosemont bar hosted the official Blackhawks watch party, where Hawks fans were glued to the game, hoping for the win.

Many fans remained not just hopeful throughout the game, but confident.

"I think they're doing great," one fan said after the first period. "Most definitely, they're going to win. Seabrook is going to score the winning goal just like he did in the Kings."

"I called it way back. I said 6 games, OT," another added. "I think we'll get an OT just like we did in Philly."

When the Hawks scored their last goal in Game 6, Chicago seemed to erupt - and fans filled the streets of Wrigleyville and many other neighborhoods in the Second City.

Much like fans' reaction to the Blackhawks 2010 victory, the city could not be more proud - and boy did they show it!
