Philly 4th of July Jam & Fireworks: Wawa Welcome America! Thursday night on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, 20th Street to Eakins Oval, 7-11 p.m. The Roots are back as the house band. Other musical acts include John Mayer, Jill Scott, Ne-Yo, Grace Potter, J.Cole and Ben Taylor. Fireworks to follow over the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
