Michael B. Jordan: I'm So Happy For A Role Like This

At age 26, Michael B. Jordan has been acting for more than half his life, and a couple of his best-known roles came early:  He played Wallace on "The Wire," and for three years he played Reggie on the daytime soap, "All My Children." More recently, Michael co-starred on "Friday Night Lights," and on the big screen he was in last year's "Chronicle."

Now, Michael is starring a movie that many say will make him a big star. He plays Oscar Grant, the Oakland, California, man who was shot and killed on a railway platform by a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) police officer, in the new movie, "Fruitvale Station." Michael joins Steve Edwards and Maria Sansone on "Good Day L.A."

You know Michael B. Jordan from his role as Wallace on ‘The Wire'. He also played Vince on "Friday Night Lights." And we talked with him when he co-starred in the movie "Chronicle."

And now Michael stars in "Fruitvale Station". He plays Oscar Grant, the Oakland man who was shot and killed by a BART police officer early on New Year's Day 3 years ago.
