SANFORD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Seminole County's civil courthouse was evacuated on Thursday after officials received a bomb threat.  Nothing dangerous was found and the scene was cleared by early afternoon.

The threat at the Sanford building was reported around 10:3o a.m.   The agency's explosives team responded to the courthouse on North Park Avenue in downtown Sanford.

Criminal trials, such as the high-profile George Zimmerman case, are not conducted at the North Park Avenue location.
