Disturbing video shows woman being beaten, run over by semi truck in Detroit

It took her more than a month, but a woman felt she now needed to come forward with a video that is disturbing from start to finish.

The woman was at a gas station at Seven Mile and Schoenherr when she could not help but notice a women being beaten by another in the middle of the street. She was pummeled all the way to the wheel bed of a semi truck with a driver who stopped to watch.

She just laid there until the truck driver got enough of a show and decided to take off. The young woman came close to getting crushed between the wheels, then fell to the ground. However, it was not over yet. The semi ran over her feet.

There were plenty of witnesses, but no one seemed to do anything to stop it. Instead of helping the women, a man dragged her around as if she was a rag doll.

The woman that showed us the video left before police and EMS arrived and rushed the 18-year-old to St. John Hospital, but she said she has not stopped thinking about the young woman and has decided to come forward now hoping the video will help.

After the victim got out of the hospital, police called her to take her complaint, but she never called them back. If she does not press charges, there is nothing police can do.

Police told us they are ready to go after the attacker if this woman comes forward.
