Agents search home of man accused in militia plot

Posted: Updated:

Federal agents executed a new search warrant for a north GA man accused of plotting to spread homemade poison throughout metro Atlanta.

Ray Adams, 57, is one of two remaining militia members still to go to trial, a group of retirees who the government claims wanted to sow chaos by creating ricin.

Prosecutors say Adams and a second man, Sammy Crump, gathered the ingredients to make ricin, a powdery substance that can cause sickness or death. Agents did not find ricin during their first search of the property in 2011.

FOX 5 I-Team Reporter Randy Travis has what the FBI found on its latest search.

We already know about some of the fees our banks charge -- the monthly fee, the overdraft charge, out-of-network and minimum balance fees. That's standard stuff. But did you know that the average checking account has 30 fees attached?
