On Wednesday's Chat Room, Sun-Times Splash Editor Susanna Negovan, FOX Business Network's Lauren Simonetti and Good Day Chicago anchor Anna Davlantes discussed new research the shows two-thirds of employers are using some type of electronic monitoring – that means watching what you text or email on a work-issued mobile device.

The ladies also discussed speculation that pro golfer Rory McIlroy's struggles on the course are due to his relationship with Tennis Star Caroline Wozniacki. They also touched on a judge's ruling that New Jersey casino cocktail waitresses can be legally fired for gaining more than 7% of their starting body weight.

The Mercury Method creator Lara Hudson and WomensForum lifestyle expert Andrea Metcalf joined the Chat Room for Wellness Wednesday, to discuss how breastfeeding has been linked to intelligence and why it's so good for your baby, what you should and shouldn't eat when you exercise, the benefits of running and the ionized water trend.

The ladies also discussed why "healthy" drinks like Vitamin Water, G2 Gatorade, Powerade and Naked juices aren't really that good for you.
