FOX 9 News is learning that three active duty Minneapolis police officers are currently under investigation following an incident at an Apple Valley bar that involved racial slurs.
The Star Tribune reported the investigation stems from an altercation that occurred last year involving three officers who are accused of chasing a group of African American men, getting into a fight and using racial epithets.
The Minneapolis Police Department confirmed that Officers William Woodis, Christopher Bennett, and Andrew Allen are currently under investigation over their involvement in the November incident. All three remain on duty.
The news comes just days after two other Minneapolis officers were placed on paid leave after video of a drunken tirade involving racial slurs came out of Green Bay, Wis.

Officers Brian Thole and Shawn Powell are accused of saying the city is "too n------ friendly" and disparaging Minneapolis Police Chief Janee Harteau, who is a lesbian, while arguing with Green Bay officers responding to a fight.
Harteau is unable to comment on the case; however, after seeing the video on the news, she sent a tweet saying, "You all deserve better."
