Firefighters battle recycling plant blaze

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Firefighters battled a blaze at a recycling plant in Orlando for the better part of Thursday afternoon.  The fire, which began late morning was still burning as of 6 p.m. 

Several roads near the plant at 51 Landstreet Rd. were closed for the afternoon.  All workers at the recycling plant have been accounted for and no serious injuries have been reported.

Trademark Metals Recycling specializes in scrap metal recycling.  A spokesman for the company said the cause of the fire is not yet known.

Fire officials are investigating.
