Where'd You Get That? (Sept. 9)

Posted: Updated:
MYFOXNY.COM - The major mayoral candidates visited the Good Day NY studios ahead of Primary Day.

Of all the questions thrown their way, one of them them came from Christal Young who asked: 'where'd you get that' suit or necklace in the case of the lone female candidate Christine Quinn.

Check out their answers on everything from Anthony Weiner's shoes to John Catsimatidis' original tie:

Joe Lhota wears suits by Hong Kong tailor 'Glen.' "When I used to work at Madison Square Garden I thought the Knicks and Rangers always looked great.  I started going to this Hong Kong tailor. It fits great, they last longer. Hang it up at night and the wrinkles seem to go away."

Bill Thompson wears ties by Pink. "I think it was a State of the Union and I saw President Obama and loved the color of the tie. It was inspired by Obama."

Christine Quinn wears a blue pendant. "It was gift from my wife. She originally got me a pendant that was grey and a few years later got my one that was blue."

Sal Albanese: "The tie and the suit are by Brooks Brothers. By the way I don’t work for Brooks Brothers."

John Catsimatidis wears a dove tie:  "I created it. That’s one of my loves. This particular pattern are two doves. The sign for my daughter’s wedding were two doves. Everyone who came to the wedding got ties and scarves with two doves."

Erick Salgado: "I got it (suit) in Staten Island just two blocks away from my house. Right on Forest Ave. I think it was $200."

George McDonald. "I got it on sale. It’s made in America. It’s an Oxford suit."

Anthony Weiner: "I have very comfortable black shoes with tassels but one day my wife said you have to do better. For Father’s Day she got me these fancy Cole Haan shoes."

John Liu: "My fabulous jacket. I got it from a 50 percent off sale from Barney’s. I got it over 10 years ago. (Burberry)"

Bill de Blasio: "I got the tie at Rothman’s in Union Square. It’s got energy and pop. We’ve got a little patriotism built in. I always look for a bargain."

Robert De Niro says Tribeca Film Festival is his passion

Robert De Niro is a family man, a filmmaker, an entrepreneur and one of my favorite actors of all time. He's also a co-founder of the Tribeca Film Festival, which has more to see than ever before. De Niro wears just as many hats on screen as he does in real life. The father of six starred in six films last year, owns four restaurants and a hotel, and still finds time each spring for the Tribeca Film Festival, Lower Manhattan's annual cinematic showcase.

There is not much relief in sight for allergy sufferers. Experts say a shortened spring due to the long winter may create a more intense allergy season.  Some allergists say they've already seen a noticeable increase in patients as the weather has gotten warmer.

The Heartbleed bug is no joke. Websites, social networks, services, networking equipment, and web-enabled hardware may all be vulnerable. Here are some steps to take right now: Use the LastPass Heartbleed checker to see if websites you use are vulnerable and/or if they have installed security patches. Check the website of the company that made your home router in case it has been compromised. Make sure to download any software updates and security patches. Change your passwords.
