Foundation for UCLA Player Killed in Accident

Posted: Updated:

UCLA walk-on WR Nick Pasquale, 20, was run over and killed in an accident Sunday in his home town of San Clemente.  The Pasquale family set up a foundation in Nick's name and is asking for donations in lieu of gifts.

Message from Nick Pasquale's Family:

Thank you family, friends, classmates, and teammates of Nick Pasquale for all your love and support. It means the world.

In lieu of meals, flowers, and gifts, we invite you to donate to the Nick Pasquale Foundation. Created in loving memory of Nick, this charitable cause will use its monetary donations for the financial support of athletes who (a) demonstrate extreme effort and leadership on their sport's team and/or (b) charitable groups influencing sports and athletes (c) athletes who are in need of grants or scholarships to pursue their dreams.

Nick ultimately wanted to be a firefighter, or a career that helps others. It is our desire to carry on Nick's legacy by helping similar athletes who have demonstrated great leadership.

For more information about the foundation, visit the Nick Pasquale Foundation's website.

It's no secret that Microsoft has struggled in the hardware department so I can't say whether the Surface Pro 3 will be the hero Microsoft needs but I can say it is the modern computing experience users deserve. I love it and think you should too! Read on to find out why.
