Pants-sagging billboard getting national attention

A huge billboard with an even bigger message is getting a lot of attention in Memphis, Tennessee. The billboard message is "Show Your Mind, Not Your Behind."

Former Memphis City Councilman Fred Davis paid for the billboard out of his own pocket.

"It is the nature of young people to follow the crowd. I maintained when I was in high school that the crowd is usually wrong," David said. "The young men need role models where they are."

Saggy pants have also been banned on the boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ.

The shore town passed the law in June and it was a unanimous decision.

It bans overly saggy pants, as well as bikini bottoms and dresses that are more than three inches below the waistline.

Davis hopes the message will get through to teenagers.
