PHILADELPHIA -

FOX 29 News has learned that authorities are investigating a threat against a Philadelphia judge that included a bullet, matches and a note.

Sources say the threat was found shortly after 7 a.m. Friday on a municipal court judge's windshield in the Mount Airy section of the city.

The words "keep it up" were written on the outside of the envelope, sources said, and inside the envelope were a brass bullet, a book of matches and a stick that was apparently soaked in gasoline.

The Department of Homeland Security has been called out to the scene.
