3D tooth printing

Posted: Updated:
MYFOXNY.COM - Three-dimensional printers are making the time spent at the dentist's office getting a filling or a crown much shorter.

A digital image is taken of the tooth and turned into a crown or filling.

The process takes five to ten minutes.

The 3D tooth costs approximately $1200-$2500 to produce and is generally not covered by insurance companies.
