New moms are going back to work earlier than ever before. The number one reason? Money.

A new study shows a growing number of moms are going back to work after just two weeks.

The average maternity leave in the United States is just ten weeks.

A staggering 33% of American women say they took no formal time off after the birth of their babies and were back at work after just one week.

FOX 32 medical contributor Dr. Mona Khanna joined FOX 32 News at Noon to talk about how much time new mothers should allow for physical recovery before going back to work after childbirth.
