PHILADELPHIA -

It's day four of open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act or "Obamacare."

Many Americans, both the already insured and the uninsured, still have many questions about how it affects their personal health care.

Secretary of The US Department of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius joins FOX 29 to talk about the changes in health coverage. Take a listen.

In the segment, Secretary Sebelius tells FOX 29 that 7 million visitors have already looked at the site.

In Pennsylvania, says Sebelius, there are 1.2 million eligible individuals who can get some health security for themselves.

Mike also asks Sebelius about the effects on part-time workers.
