Procedure offers relief from debilitating side effect of breast cancer surgery

There is a new procedure in the U.S. that offers new hope for women with a debilitating side effect of breast cancer surgery called lymphedema. 

The condition causes swelling in affected limbs that can severely limit their use.

Doctors at Orlando's MD Anderson Cancer Center among just a few in the nation who offer it.
