Posted: Updated:
MYFOXNY.COM - From soup to juices, the Vitamix blender can do it all and it seems consumers have been taking notice. The popular kitchen item has become a sort of 'must-have.' Lifestyle expert Rebekkah George shows us how it works on Thursday.

Mashed Cauliflower:

-1 Head of cauliflower

-Add both to the Vitamix and put on "liquify" setting.

-Salt/pepper to tast

-Can add sour cream (but I say skip it!)

Apple Pie Ice Cream:

-1/4 Cup LowFat Vanilla Yogurt

-1/2 Apple

-1 Tbsp Vanilla

-1/2 Ripe Banana

-3 Cups of Ice

Rebekah's Slimming Smoothie:

What started as a way of lifting her friend's spirits with funny video chats turned into a career for YouTube sensation Hannah Hart. She took the concept behind the video conversations-- where she cooks while liquored up-- and posted them to YouTube. The rest is history. “I had a friend in a low place and I had just moved. We were talking on G-chat on a web cam. I started drinking and cooking and it inadvertently launched the rest of my career," said Hart.
