Candy Crush cash cow

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Candy Crush's whistling theme music and colorful raspberries seem innocent enough, but some are calling it candy crack.

Experts say more women are playing Candy Crush Saga, a game for your smart phone where the object is to match pieces of candy and then crush them.

Sherri Smith from Laptop magazine says it's the pretty colors that keep women tapping away.

"You're smashing candy, it's colorful, there's this approving voice when you beat a level," Smith said. "There's this rush and all of a sudden time has gone by and you're 20 levels in or 50 levels in."

Smith said you can beat all 400 levels for free, but most likely you'll have to pay for more lives -- which may be the true test of whether or not someone is an addict. She said that King, the makers of Candy Crush, rake in more than $600,000 a day.

Realty TV star Kim Kardashian probably wished she did have one before she walked down the aisle with Kris Humphries. We might never have known about Tiger Woods' cheating ways if he had one. And figure skater Johnny Weir is insisting on one as part of his post-nuptial agreement. What is it? A digital privacy clause.
