PHILADELPHIA -

A young girl with cystic fibrosis gets the night of her life.

Bailey Gutelius arrived at the Wells Fargo Center with a huge smile on her face, very excited to meet her idol, Selena Gomez.

Bailey got this huge opportunity thanks to social media and our FOX 29 viewers. Our Shawnette Wilson was there for the big night.

"I'm like, oh my gosh, I can't sleep. This is going to be amazing!" Bailey said.

It's not every day that a girl gets picked up in a limo and escorted to a Selena Gomez concert.

"It's like the best day of my life ever," she said.

It's even more of a dream come true though for 10-year-old Bailey.

"Seeing her backstage and then actually going to her concert," Bailey said outside. "… It's going to mean that I'm free, really, really free, and able to get outside."

Bailey has cystic fibrosis, is confined to a hospital room and gets constant intravenous medications.

"That's to shield it, just in case, like, somebody bumps me," the young girl said, showing an IV in her arm.

She stays at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. But on Friday, Bailey was allowed to trade in her hospital bracelet for a concert bracelet.

The tickets were a birthday gift for Bailey and sister, Taylor, from their grandparents.

Then, Bailey's mom reached out to FOX 29 and our viewers to help tweet Selena Gomez to meet Bailey before the show – and it worked.

"No, I never thought that before. I'm like, wow, this is amazing," Bailey said.

Amazing are these pictures of a beaming Bailey getting her wish.

Here she is in a one-on-one meeting with her idol, who she brought gifts for and says she has a lot in common with.

"These are pictures I made. That's Baylor, her dog. She has a dog named Baylor," Bailey said.

When Wilson noted the similarity in their names, Bailey said, "I know! My name is Bailey, and hers Taylor, and then Baylor, yeah," she said.

Inside the concert, Bailey danced the night away – something she hasn't been able to do much because of her illness.

"I really wanted to say 'thank you' to everybody," the young girl said.

The limo ride was donated by Carey Philadelphia. The chauffeur was so touched when we first aired a story on Bailey's wish.

After the concert, it's back to CHOP to finish treatments to strengthen her lungs. But it's an outing she says she'll never forget, Wilson reported.

Video games may be pure fantasy, but a violent action-adventure game called "Watch Dogs" has ignited a very real debate in one South Jersey community. Watch Dog allows players to adopt the persona of a James Bond-like computer hacker, chasing an evil mastermind. People say it's chock-full of foul language, sex and violence, features dark and foreboding backdrops. The latest version, which is due out this fall may be set in Camden.
