TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A big-rig driver allegedly was looking at cell phone photos of women when he crashed into emergency vehicles on a Yuma County freeway. Authorities say the May 6 crash killed an Arizona Department of Public Safety officer.

The Arizona Daily Star ( says it obtained records of the crash from the DPS via a public records request.

Officer Tim Huffman was killed in his patrol vehicle when it was struck as he was writing a report at an Interstate 8 accident site.
