Police Seeking Suspects In Bustleton Burglary

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

Police are looking for two men who they say were caught on surveillance video leaving a home they had just burglarized.

According to police, the victim entered his home Sunday afternoon on the 700 block of Stelwood Road in Bustleton and noticed his house had been ransacked. Jewelry and cash were missing.

Surveillance video shows the suspects exiting the residence by cutting a hole in the porch screen and jumping over a fence, then walking north on Ferndale Road towards Dunmore Street, police said.

Both suspects were described as white males who are about 20 years old. One had a thin build, beard, wore a Flyers hat, a Flyers jacket, jeans and black shoes. The second suspect was described as having black hair and a beard wearing a dark-colored jacket, black pants and shoes.

You can watch the video in the embedded player above, or on the Philadelphia Police YouTube channel.

If you see these suspects, police say don't approach them; call 9-1-1 immediately. To submit a tip, call 215-686-TIPS (8477) or text to PPD TIP (or 773847).
