A Chicago police sergeant is accused of forcing an officer under his command to have sex with him.
Officer Kelly Hespe says Sergeant Gerald Breimon started harassing her back in 2008. In a lawsuit filed Thursday, Hespe claims she was retaliated against for refusing Breimon's demands.
This isn't a first for Breimon, though. He was removed from duty in 2003 after he was accused of sex abuse charges.
It's unknown if he is currently still on the job.
The police department said it "takes all allegations seriously," but offered no further comment.
