22-years after her death, the girl known as ‘Baby Hope’ will have her real name placed on her tombstone as early as this week.

‘Anjelica Castillo’ will be engraved on the tombstone at St. Raymond's Cemetery in the Bronx .

Castillo was four years old when she was murdered.

Her body was found inside a picnic cooler along the Henry Hudson Parkway in July 1991.

Authorities finally identified her last month after a tip to police led them to her mother.

Castillo's uncle has been charged with her murder.
