Study: People Make Judgements Based On One's Cell Phone

We do a lot of talking on our cell phones, but now they are talking back. And you may not believe what yours is saying about you!

USELL.COM surveyed 1,000 business people and here is what they found:

60% of woman and 50% of men will absolutely judge a person during a business meeting based on their phone model and its condition.

55% say that if someone takes out a damaged or old cell phone, then it negatively impacts their impression of that person.

Over 80% of people say that they believe a person is "frugal," "not tech savvy" or "old" if they have an older phone.

35% of people will think the person is "poor" if they have an old phone.
