Dyle® mobile TV introduces its new Audiovox mobiletv receiver, the first mobile TV receiver designed to bring live TV to iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

The Audiovox mobiletv receiver gives Detroit TV viewers the ability to watch live local and national broadcast programming on their mobile device without using data or wifi.

The company stopped by Great Lakes Coffee on Woodward Avenue Tuesday to introduce the community to the product.

Dyle TV's Daniel Bethlehmy explained the ins and outs of the product to Fox 2's Jason Carr.

Bethlehmy says the product costs $99 and can be used in any mobile vehicle, such as a car, bus or a train, for up to speeds of 100 miles per hour without a signal disturbance.

You download a free application on your smartphone or tablet and connect it wirelessly to the device to set up the signal. You can then watch TV anywhere you can get a digital signal; no Internet is required.

ABC Warehouse promised a sale price for the device at its Southfield store of $89 if you mention employees "Summer" or "Tommy."
