Dan Bucatinsky: I Had This Quest to Prove Them All Wrong

Posted: Updated:

'Scandal' star Dan Bucatinsky is a gay man AND he plays one on TV.

But Bucatinksy, who co-stars as a journalist who's married to the White House Chief of Staff on the hit ABC show, says the biggest challenge in his adult life doesn't really have much to do with his sexuality. It's being the father of two.

"The things that I was not prepared to handle were things that other new parents are not prepared to handle," said Dan, who's written a book about his experience as a gay dad called "Does This Baby Make Me Look Straight?" says"I was surprised by how normal it all was," and how much of it had nothing to do with the fact that he's gay.
