We are always hearing about the importance of exercise and working out our body, but what about our brains? You can get your mind in shape and improve your memory with the help of some apps!
Tech expert Stephanie Humphrey was on Good Day to talk about apps to work out our brains.
The first app is called Lumosity. It currently has 40 million users. The app works out memory, attention, speech, flexibility, problem solving- all skills to help you focus. It features a variety of games.

The second app is called Simply Smarter Kids. This app was developed by the National Association for Child Development. It is intuitive for the kid and will help them develop the concentration skills. It puts three random objects in positions on screen, and then clears the screen and makes the kid put the objects back to their respective places. The number of objects increases, and they appear in shorter and shorter amount of time as the game moves on.
The third app is called Music Game. It's like the game "Simon." Watch the segment to see Mike play this game.
