Delta flight from Minneapolis skids off runway in Madison, Wis.

MADISON, Wis. (KMSP) -

A Delta jet skid off the runway into the snow in Madison, Wis. on Monday. The flight originated from Minneapolis-St. Paul.

There were no injuries reported and the roughly 60 passengers were taken to the terminal by bus.

"Delta Flight 385 from Minneapolis-St. Paul to Madison, flown on Boeing 737-800 equipment, exited the pavement and came in contact with snow adjacent to the runway during taxi away from the runway," Delta spokesman Eric Torbenson said in a statement. "There were no injuries reported and customers are being bused to the terminal. Safety is always Delta's top priority."

Dane County Regional Airport was closed for about an hour as a second runway was cleared for use.
