Dynasty" patriarch Phil Robertson has been suspended indefinitely by the A&E
network for controversial comments he made about gays and blacks during an
interview with GQ magazine. The suspension has sparked a fierce and widespread
debate on social media between supporters and critics of the star of the wildly
popular reality show.

beastiality and terrorism. And he said blacks were happier and better off
before civil rights laws were passed. The remarks immediately brought a
firestorm of condemnation from LGBT organizations and the NAACP. However, some

Robertson and putting up a Facebook page urging viewers boycott A&E until
the suspension is lifted.
