Dr. Mehmet Oz on keeping New Year's resolutions

MYFOXNY.COM - From losing weight to eating better, Dr. Mehmet Oz tackles all the most popular health-related new year resolutions on the Dr. Oz show.

"You got to jump start the process. I pulled the best of the best, tips my producers are using to lose weight, I shared these tips with audience members and they lost on average ten pounds a person over two weeks," said Dr. Oz.

Foods with wheat are big contributors to weight gain, adds Dr. Oz.

Some of his other tips to losing weight: try green tea or lemon water instead of coffee.

I like my girls chubby.”  The 47-year-old Democratic New York senator discussed her new book, “Off the Sidelines,” in an interview with Good Day New York on Monday.
